BHC is seeking to appoint a Provider to manage and operate the Tramshed. The Provider will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and compliance of the premises to align with legal and regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The Provider will play a key role in ensuring a safe, high-quality living environment and maximising revenue through securing tenants. There is a site visit scheduled for Tuesday 13th May at 10:30am.
