Description

The contracting authority would like to procure fixed mat zones for indoor use in the municipality's service locations. The mats must contribute to an improved indoor climate by absorbing water and dirt at the entrance areas. The contracting authority currently has contracts for fixed mats for a number of buildings. These contracts will be replaced by this framework agreement when they expire. The scope will thus vary from year to year, with probably more in the last two years of the contract. The size of leasing fixed mats will vary from year to year. The estimate will be a total of approx. 1400 m2. The estimate is only a guide and is without obligation for the contracting authority. Lot 1: The deliveries include: Mats and skirting boards ready assembled in accordance with measurements. Carpet beaters, bags, filters, and brushes, other consumables. Necessary training for cleaning and maintenance. Follow-up and reporting on the condition of the mats. Removal of worn out mats in an environmentally friendly way. Option: Tenderers must also be able to offer scraping off mats and possibly other products in the same category that are not necessarily listed in the price sheet.
