Provision of Cleaning Services - (Soft & Technical Delivery)

Description

The United Kingdom Battery Industrialisation Centre (UKBIC) UKBIC is currently seeking a dedicated service provider to deliver comprehensive cleaning services across our entire site. The supplier shall be required to implement a robust two-tiered approach, ensuring that the cleanliness standards of two distinct cleaning models are met. The supplier must demonstrate a thorough understanding of both cleaning models and exhibit the capability to seamlessly integrate these services into our existing operations, while also being flexible to adapt to any future needs or changes. The cleaning services will not be divided into LOTS.\r \r The contract duration is set for 36 months, with the possibility of extending for an additional 12 months, potentially making it a 4-year contract.\r \r The scope of services includes, but is not limited to:\r \r • Main Building Cleaning\r • Technical Cleaning\r • Hygiene services\r • Window cleaning\r • Carpet cleaning\r • Water Cooler Rental\r • Pest Management\r \r This is a Restricted tender, which consists of 4 stages\r \r Stage 1 Pre-Qualification and Short-listing\r Evaluation of submitted information to determine eligibility to be invited to tender. A short list resulting from this assessment of a minimum of five (5) Candidates (where there are at least five (5) suitably qualified, experienced Candidates). Where there are less than five (5) suitably qualified Candidates, all suitably qualified Candidates will be invited to proceed to Stage 2 submissions.\r All SQ responses shall be considered / evaluated following the published deadline date / time for submission. All Candidates shall be advised of their status and only those short listed shall be issued the Invitation to tender (ITT). UKBIC may, at its sole discretion, decide not to proceed to Stage 2 if it is deemed not to be in our best interest to do so. Candidates will be required to sign an NDA before proceeding to Stage 2.\r \r \r Stage 2 Tender Submission\r Candidates shall be required to submit Tenders in accordance with the details / instructions set out in the ITT.\r \r \r Stage 3 Tender Evaluation\r Tenders received shall be evaluated and scored against a predefined and advertised matrix as per this ITT.\r \r \r Stage 4 Contract Award\r Successful Candidates notified in writing.\r Unsuccessful Candidates notified in writing and feedback offered if required.\r Ten (10) day mandatory stand still period will be applied.
