Description

City of Doncaster Council are looking for a suitable supplier to contract with to provide Occupational Health Physiotherapy Services to it's employees. The Objectives of this service are to: • Enable customers to gain the optimum level of improvement, maximising function and independence • Facilitate people to return to their normal activities following injury • Ensure that the service has a strong emphasis on patient education and self-management preventing recurrence of injury • Develop an outline optional appraisal for closer working with Health Partners
