Kempsey Parish Council invites tenders for the design and construction of a permanent IT and Youth Hub at Plovers Rise Playing Fields, Kempsey, Worcester. The Hub will provide a dual-purpose facility supporting digital inclusion, community IT skills training, and youth engagement through recreational activities. The site is a public open space, regularly used by members of the public and young people for recreation. The project includes groundworks, construction and fitting out of the Hub, extension of an all-weather access path, and post-installation inspection.
