Description

The procurement concerns the purchase of a new case and archive system for Hammerfest and Måsøy Municipalities. Hammerfest Municipality currently uses ePhorte, while Måsøy Municipality uses ESA. The system being procured will replace the named systems in each municipality. The tenderer must offer two separate deliveries based on this requirement specification. System adjustments that only apply to the individual municipality are included in Chapter 6 and 7. The system will be used by approx. 300 executive officers in Hammerfest and approx. 20 in Måsøy Municipality.
