CONCESSION FOR THE SUPPLY OF SWIMMING POOL SERVICES, BAR AND RESTAURANT FACILITIES, A TERRACE FOR SUN LOUNGERS AND BEACH UMBRELLAS, BEACH FACILITIES AND RELATED SERVICES IN AN AREA OF PUBLIC MARITIME LAND Lot 1: The Local Authority of SORI, Technical Area – Public Maritime Land Office, Having consulted article 18 of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Code of Navigation, and Having examined Regional Laws no. 1 of 03.01.2002 and no. 22 of 04.07.2008, which amended Regional Law no. 13 of 28.4.1999 on the functions relating to public maritime land, hereby GIVES NOTICE THAT - an application has been presented for the issue of a concession to make use of a plot of public maritime land covering a total area of 1,591.00 square metres or thereabouts. situated within the central beach of Sori, with a view to continuing to use and supply the following facilities: o 52.00 m2 for use as storage areas, changing rooms and bathroom facilities serving the bar and restaurant, o 61.00 m2 for use as the filter and plant and machinery room for the swimming pool, o 205.00 m2 for use as changing rooms and bathroom facilities serving the swimming pool, o 83.00 m2 for use as the beach area, o 130.00 m2 for use as a bar and restaurant, o 835.00 m2 for use as a swimming pool and related facilities, o 225.00 m2 for use as a terrace for sun loungers and beach umbrellas, for a period of sixteen years;
