Provision of Revenues and Benefits Processing Services

Description

The council required to procure a fully managed supply of services in respect of Council Tax and Benefits Claims to compliment the in-house team. The primary focus for the service requirement is Universal Credit changes (and related processes) for the council caseload claiming Council Tax reduction and updating Council Tax Liability changes. Lot 1: The Council required to procure a fully managed supply of services in respect of Council Tax and Benefits Claims to compliment the inhouse team during this particularly demanding time on the service. The primary focus for the service requirement will be on Universal Credit Changes (and related processes) for the Council caseload claiming Council Tax Reduction. In addition, the supplier will assist the Council with updating Council Tax liability changes.
