National Highways have procured a specialist supplier to continue to deliver the green car leasing scheme on behalf of National Highways after the expiry of the current contract. The scheme will continue to allow employees (subject to meeting National Minimum Wage checks) to lease electric and hybrid vehicles and, to meet the associated costs through a salary sacrifice arrangement.
