Sustainable Warmth Shropshire – PAS2035 Retrofit Coordination & Design Services

Shropshire Council is seeking an experienced Retrofit Coordination & Design partner, to aid in delivery of it’s Warm Homes: Local Grant programme. The partner will act as a critical friend to the council, consulting to ensure the programme’s compliance with the PAS2035 process at all stages. The partner will take Retrofit Assessments, completed by the Council, and work up IOEs & MTIPs, which will be discussed with residents. The partner will then produce overall Retrofit Designs for each project, which will be implemented by separately procured Retrofit Installers. You are invited to tender for the provision of PAS2035 Retrofit Coordination & Design Services as detailed in the Tender Response Document. The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years commencing on the 7th July 2026 with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years. ## Contract award
