Dynamisk indkøbssystem til indkøb af brændstof til Herning Kommunes enheder og institutioner. Herning Kommune udbyder et dynamisk indkøbssystem vedrørende indkøb af brændstof, der er rettet mod Herning Kommunes forvaltninger og institutioner. Formålet med udbuddet er at sikre, at Herning Kommune kan foretage indkøb ved anvendelse af det dynamiske indkøbssystem for derigennem at få afløftet udbudsforpligtelsen. Derudover er hensigten at sikre et kommercielt attraktivt dynamisk indkøbssystem som er nemt at anvende. Herning Kommune har valgt at udbyde aftaleområdet brændstof som et dynamisk indkøbssystem, da markedet for brændstof er dynamisk og i konstant udvikling. Der vil primært blive udbudt periodekøbskontrakter, men enkelt leverancer kan også forekomme.
