Banedanmark expects to publish the tender for operation and maintenance of the fixed telephony systems used for train operations in Q3 2023. To be sure that the process for tender and the contract are aligned with the capabilities of the market, Banedanmark wishes to invite potential vendors for a written market dialogue and hearing regarding the upcoming tender for the operation and maintenance of the fixed telephony systems. Lot 1: Banedanmark expects to publish the tender for operation and maintenance of the fixed telephony systems used for train operations in Q3 2023. The potential vendors must return their answers through EU-Supply not later than 12.05.2023. Depending on the answers Banedanmark will have the option to invite 1-3 vendors to a digital meeting through Microsoft Teams. The provisional date for publication of the tender notice in II.3) is an expression of the expected publication date at the present time.
