LiveWest are looking for service contractors to to provide Legionella Compliance services.\r \r 2.4 LiveWest's detailed requirements are defined within the specification document(s) - Schedule 2\r \r 2.5 It is expected that the contract duration will be for an initial 36 months with two possible 12 month extensions. The contract will have an estimated total value of £1.5 million.\r \r 2.6 This tender will be split into 2 lots as described below:\r \r Lot \r Lot 1 Periodic Inspection, Testing, Monitoring & Risk Assessments for Legionella Bacteria (LB) in Residential Hot & Cold Water Systems \r Lot 2 Void Disinfections \r \r \r
