Description

This is a prior information notice in relation to the provision of expert analytical services in support of SEAI’s low carbon technologies team. SEAI intends establishing a framework of expert service providers to support ongoing development in the areas of energy modelling, data collection, behavioural sciences, policy research and GIS. The RFT when published will be divided into lots. The successful individuals or organisations will contribute to SEAI’s ongoing programmes in these fields to facilitate provision of expert policy analysis and advice for policy makers. The total estimated value of this contract is up to 500 000 EUR per annum. The contract term will be for a maximum of 3 years. Please do not respond to this notice.
