BCP Council (the grantor) is inviting tenders from suppliers (concessionaires) for the opportunity to operate and maintain Churchill Gardens Café and Grow Zone. The successful concessionaire will be granted the right to operate café and grow zone. • The premises is Churchill Gardens Café and Grow Zone. • The goods or services is Café and community services The anticipated start date of the contract is 03 September 2026. The contract will be for 5 years with no extensions. The estimated annual turnover i.e. annual sales is £100,000.00 excluding VAT. The estimated total turnover i.e. total sales for the five years is £500,000.00 excluding VAT.
