The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to award a multi supplier Contract to meet the following requirements: The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractors to perform the following duties: or a pest control contract for all or acute ,community and maintenance sites across Cork South. • This will include 12 annual visits per year for all our hospitals, 8 visits to all our health centres ,4 quarterly visits per year for the fly killer service to specified sites and ant control service on request . • State that you’re following pesticide regulations (European Standards) from your regional government authority (like the EPA). This tells your customers you’re using safe and compliant products. • Listing your pesticides in the service agreement gives customers the chance to bring up concerns before you start your service. • Describe the pest treatment service you’re agreeing to provide • Create a pest control service agreement • Policies and Certificates(Quality Environmental, Health Safety, Insurance, Irish Pest Control Certificate, SDS Sheets) • Quality Statement • Safety Policy • Pest Control Association Certificate • Clarify any additional details about your service guarantees, your insurance policy, payments, and cancellation policy.
