Description
Dalmuir Park Housing Association Ltd. (the Employer) wishes to appoint three Specialist Stonework practices to a Framework Agreement to provide the services it requires to deliver a programme of external stone refurbishment works. The term of the Framework Agreement will be four years. The projects for which services will be required will include but not limited to undertaking stonework surveys to ascertain the extent of any repairs to prepare a scope of works, all drawings, specifications to allow the Association to tender for the works required to repair the building and make structurally safe. The consultant will further supervise and administrate the works post contract.
