Description
Procurement For All, a central purchasing body, has awarded suitably qualified Service Providers to this framework who can undertake heating servicing, maintenance, installation and associated services within, but not limited to, the following areas: Lot 1: Gas Servicing; Lot 2: Gas Auditing; Lot 3: Electric; Lot 4: Solid Fuel; Lot 5: Oil; Lot 6: Heating Combined (includes Gas, Electric, Solid Fuel, and Oil). This lot covers the relevant servicing, installation, maintenance, repairs and associated services for any heating and appliance (and associated parts, flues and products) powered by gas and LPG. This includes examples such as, but not limited to, boilers, cookers, heaters and fires. Additional services covered within this Lot will include, but will not be limited to, flues, battery operated CO and Fire Alarms, full EPC testing and servicing and full asset auditing if required as part of a contract awarded by Members to successful bidders. The Lot will also cover stand-alone installation schemes that run outside of more generic servicing schemes such as installations resulting mainly when a boiler for example is evaluated as beyond economic repair within the parameters of the gas servicing contract. The lot also includes the provision of additional services such as but not limited to, Gas Safety inspection visits, asset /and dwelling surveys, etc. This covers all relevant elements of the full auditing of any gas or LPG powered boiler, heater or other gas powered appliance (and associated parts and products). This includes aspects such as but not limited to, evaluation of products specification advice, gap analysis of properties audited with recommendations. The ability to provide both routine audits and ad-hoc reactive audits. Audits will cover both occupied and void properties for commercial, communal and domestic premises. This covers the relevant servicing, installation, maintenance, repairs and associated services for any heating and appliance (and associated parts and products) powered by electricity. This includes examples such as, but not limited to, boilers, cookers, heaters and fires. Additional services covered within this Lot will include, but will not be limited to, battery operated CO and Fire Alarms and fixed wired alarms, full EPC testing and servicing and full asset auditing if required as part of a contract awarded by Members to bidders on this lot. The Lot will also cover stand-alone installation schemes that run outside of more generic servicing schemes such as installations resulting mainly when an electric appliance for example is evaluated as beyond economic repair within the parameters of the electric servicing contract. This covers the relevant servicing, installation, maintenance, repairs and associated services for any associated appliance and products (and associated parts and products) that are powered by in full or part by solid fuel for examples such as, but not limited, boilers, cookers, heaters and fires. This service will include providing members with the relevant support documentation / references that state the appliances are services, maintained and installed according to the relevant accreditation for example, but not limited to, relevant HETAS accreditation. This lot provides additional services such as but not limited to, solid fuel product and fuel inspection visits, asset / dwelling surveys, void check and commission, relevant awareness training to tenants and members employees, provision of a help desk (call centre). This covers the relevant servicing, installation, maintenance, repairs and associated services for any associated appliance and products (and associated parts and products) that are powered by in full or part by oil for examples such as, but not limited, boilers, cookers, heaters and fires. This service will include providing members with the relevant support documentation / references that state the appliances are services, maintained and installed according to the relevant accreditation for example, but not limited to, relevant OFTEC and PPG accreditation. This lot provides additional services such as but not limited to, oil product and fuel inspection visits including installation and fuel loading, asset / dwelling surveys, void check and commission, relevant awareness training to tenants and members employees, provision of a help desk (call centre). This Lots scope includes the relevant combination of those set for Lots 1 and 3 to 5. It will require the ability to manage all the requirements from a multitude of Lots within the Framework and include full EPC testing. This Lot will incorporate full asset / dwelling surveys and reports.
