The University of Edinburgh is undertaking preliminary market engagement to improve our understanding of current and emerging supplier capabilities, products and solutions for a Curriculum Management System. The University anticipates requiring a single integrated self-services solution for academic and professional staff and students. Lot 1: Interested suppliers should register their interest by returning the information requested in the documentation attached to the notice. Responses will be reviewed by the University to inform its understanding of the current market, available technologies and delivery approaches. The information provided will support strategic planning and, where appropriate, any future procurement strategy. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is issued solely for the purpose of preliminary market engagement. It is not a call for competition and should not be interpreted as a commitment to undertake a procurement exercise or award any contract. Should a procurement be taken forward, it is anticipated that this could take place at any point within the next twelve to eighteen months. The University welcome participation from all interested suppliers. Participation is voluntary, at each suppliers’ own cost and will not provide any advantage or disadvantage in any future procurement process.
