Correction to contract Award Notice This Contract Award Notice is issued to correct the previously published UK6: Contract Award Notice for the procurement titled "Third-Party Treatment and Disposal of Mixed Municipal Waste" Notice identifier2025/S 000-015919 which contained incorrect contract values. A UK11: Contract Termination Notice was published on 11th July 2025 Notice Identifier: 2025/S 000-039315 Procurement Identifier (OCID): ocds-h6vhtk-04f81d, to formally void the original UK6 notice. This new UK6 Contract Award Notice replaces the voided notice and reflects the correct contract values. Please note: * The contract start date and contract award date is for the 30th July 2025, as the platform does not allow past dates and the publish of the notice has a mandatory standstill period. However, this date is not applicable. This contract award was awarded on 17th April 2025, with the expected signing date after the original standstill period on the 6th May 2025. * Contracts have already been awarded as outlined in Contracts 4, 5 and 6 of this notice but was awarded on the 17th April 2025. * Contract 5 (FCC Recycling) has not yet been signed, so a UK7: Contract Details Notice for Lots 1, 2, and 5 has not yet been published. *Contract 4 - Lot 3 (Countrystyle) and Contract 6 - Lot 4 (Biffa Waste) have signed contracts, and their UK7 notices have been published under: Lot 3: Notice Identifier 2025/S 000-034245 Lot 4: Notice Identifier 2025/S 000-039290 ## Contract award Lots: - Lot 1: 1.
