Mechanical and Electrical Goods and Services

NOT AWARDED - This Contract includes the supply of goods and Services for both Mechanical and Electrical. The Contractor will be required to supply both the goods and services. The University's internal Engineering Team provides M&E Services to its Stakeholders; there is a requirement for external M&E Services covering a full range listed in this Specification to complement the department's expertise and capacity. These Services will be provided across the whole of the University Estates, including, Derby, Buxton, Leek and Chesterfield and will also extend to Student Living and Derby Theatre. Tenderers should note that larger Projects can be awarded to a Main Contractor under a Construction Framework for example, and they may have their own approved sub-contractors including M&E.
