Description
It is proposed that the DPS option is pursued.Under the DPS a mini-competition has been carried out on PCS-Tender. All suppliers in ‘Lot 8 Treatment of Shredded and Non-Shredded Wood’ has been issued with tender instructions, specification, technical questions and terms and conditions and invited to submit a technical and commercial response. Lot 1: The Council is seeking a contractor for the processing of timber for recycling or energy production. There are approximately 4250 tonnes of timber per year. The Council will deliver the timber to a facility or bulking point within a 60 mile radius of Friarton Depot.
