Description
Provision of Harbour Master for the Dee Conservancy. The Dee Conservancy Harbour Master, (DCHM) appointed by Natural Resources Wales (NRW) under statutory powers, is responsible for day to day management of marine operations in the jurisdiction of NRW. In this regard the DCHM is charged with implementing the procedures of the documented Dee Conservancy Safety Management System, that are required to achieve the standard of marine safety required by the Port Marine Safety Code.
