Design, Supply and Installation of a replacement Air-conditioning System at Adel Beck Secure Children's Home

Leeds City Council are undertaking an above threshold open competitive procedure to procure a contractor to design, supply and install a replacement air conditioning unit at Adel Beck Secure Children's Home, East Moor Lane, Leeds, LS16 8EB. Scope • Phased removal of existing operational Samsung air conditioning system which is at the end of life. • Phased replacement is anticipated to take place over three not necessarily consecutive one month periods to be negotiated prior to commencement on site. • Design, supply and installation of a Mitsubishi Electric VRF (or equivalent) to replace with equal to/ greater duty than the existing air conditioning system. Other manufacturers will be considered.
