Supply and Delivery of Postal Vote Mailers and Poll Cards

The Returning Officer for Caerphilly is seeking offers for the supply and delivery of Postal Vote Mailers and Poll Cards. The requirement is divided into two lots as follows; Lot 1 - Postal vote mailers Lot 2 - Poll Cards Providers can submit a quotation for one or more lots. One provider will be awarded per lot. For the avoidance of doubt, tendering organisations can tender for both lots and, in the eventuality they have the most economically advantageous tender for both lots, be awarded both lots.
