Preliminary Market Engagement for WCHG 2026-2029 Boiler Upgrade Programme

Description

We are looking for a contractor to deliver primarily a 3 year + 1 + 1 boiler and central heating upgrade contract, providing a consistently high level of service, achieving good customer satisfaction ratings, and help streamline heating works to void properties. WCHG are exploring a number of options such as Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps, Electric Boilers, and Photo Voltaic panel installations, and the contractors to be used to facilitate speed and ease with which works can be planned and deployed, to maximise chance of success when seeking to secure grants through the various government funding opportunities. The maximum annual budget is £1.6m- therefore (including all extensions) the value of this contract equates to £8m (incl.VAT).
