Description

This requirement relates to the provision of care and support for a 19-year-old individual with complex neurodevelopmental needs, including a severe learning disability and associated conditions impacting communication, sensory processing and attention. The individual is independently housed within a Council-owned property that has been specifically adapted to meet their needs. The support required will focus on enabling daily living, engagement, and wellbeing within a structured and person-centred framework. The full contract period runs from 01 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. The contract includes an optional extension period of up to one year, which, if utilised, will extend the contract to 31 August 2028.
