Description

Supplied installation and commissioning of a two classroom building with ancillary rooms, with classroom sizes of a minimum of 64m2 at Ysgol Glan Gele, Ffordd y Morfa, Abergele, Conwy, LL22 7NT. For the teaching of 60 pupils of Primary School aged with 2 Teachers and 2 Support Teaching Staff. Work included the installation and connection of services and ancillary works to the classrooms, steps ramps, landings and double handrails with balustrading. The Tenderer will provide a building that is compliant with the current Building Regulations and submit a Building Regulations submission including fees to obtain a Completion Certificate prior to hand over of the works. The building is to be rented for 36 months and requires a maintenance / call out service.
