Provision of a Lift Maintenance Manager (2025-29)

Description

The University of Strathclyde ("the University") is seeking to establish a Contract for the Provision of a Lift Maintenance Manager (2025-29) (UOS-37870-2025). Lot 1: The University of Strathclyde (“the University”) is seeking to establish a contract to support the delivery of activities outlined below. The Contract will include, however, will not be limited to: This Contract will include, but will not be limited to, consultancy advice/services in relation to the following: - Day-to-day operation of the equipment: - Management and compliance with health and safety: - Testing, inspecting and certification: - Insurance inspections: - Minor upgrading works: - Management / auditing of annual maintenance agreements; and - General administration The Contract will be awarded on a sole supply basis, and its remit largely relates to Services. Please note, this Contract will cover the John Anderson Campus, Ross Priory and Acre Road. NMIS & PNDC is covered by Skanska Construction Ltd via the contract for the Provision of Facilities Management Services for NMIS & PNDC (2023-33) (UOS-21891 - 2021).
