Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) seeks to contract a supplier for passenger lifts, platform lifts, step lifts, through-floor lifts, and stair lifts installed within the Employer’s Properties, the Contractor will complete to best industry practice: - Scheduled Lift Servicing, - Reactive maintenance / responsive repairs, - 24/7/365 1 hour entrapment response. The location of the Properties within scope is Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Derbyshire and South Yorkshire as indicated in Appendix 6a – Map of Regions.
