GMCA 874.3 School Eco Refill Programme (Wave 4)

Description

Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is seeking suppliers capable of delivering a school-based refill and reuse programme that helps reduce single-use plastic waste by enabling pupils, staff and the wider community to refill products rather than purchasing single-use plastic packaging. The programme should support Greater Manchester schools to establish and operate a refill offer, helping pupils develop enterprise, leadership and practical workplace skills whilst encouraging more sustainable habits and behaviours. Suppliers should provide training, resources, ongoing support, monitoring and evaluation throughout the programme. Through this market engagement exercise, GMCA is seeking to understand the level of market interest, existing delivery experience and the capacity of suppliers to deliver a programme of this nature.
