Voluntary ex ante transparency notice: The upgrading of the case/archive system in Ås, Frogn and Vestby municipalities

Description

Frogn municipality, c/o StorFollo IKT intends to sign an ongoing service contract (3 years fixed + ongoing with termination) with TietoEvry for the upgrading Public360 version 4.1 SP9 to Public 360 Online. This is an upgrade of the current Case processing and Archive system for Frogn, Ås and Vestby municipalities. The system shall be purchased as a new delivery model. Lot 1: The upgrade, based on the current archive core, shall contribute to a more functional and future-oriented system from server to cloud system, where the supplier shall ensure the new delivery model for all assignments related to the operation of platform and system. The objective of the upgrade is to develop opportunities and benefits with a case processing and archive system that the municipality can benefit from in the form of both internal and external work processes. The upgrade is based on the same product / system with an upgrade of the technical case to Plan & Build, as well as some additional options. There are no other actors that can make the existing case and archive system available and migrate it in an easy and flexible way. It will be technically impossible for a different supplier to achieve an implementation without large costs in training and with a large organisational liability on the contracting authority when changing the subject system.
