Carmarthenshire County Council (as Lead Authority of the Regional Nutrient Management Boards) wishes to purchase Marine and Freshwater Nutrient Monitoring Sensors for installation in priority SAC (Special Areas of Conservation) river catchments. The purchase will also include: • Reagents and a servicing package necessary for the initial operation of these sensors • Multiparameter Sondes • Acquisition of sensor deployment buoys to support the installation and effective functioning of the monitoring equipment
