Scottish Canals is issuing this Invitation to Tender (ITT) in respect of establishing a contract for comprehensive support services for our existing staff rota system, currently provided by Planday. Please note it is NOT SC’s intention to replace the software solution at this time. No alternative software solutions will be considered. The successful supplier will ensure continuity, reliability, and optimisation of this platform. Lot 1: We require comprehensive support services for our existing staff rota system Planday. The system is integral to managing workforce scheduling across our organisation and supports approximately 430 active users. The successful supplier will ensure continuity, reliability, and optimisation of this platform. The current licencing and support agreement is due to expire March 2026 with no further extension permitted.
