Supply capability for Inflator/Deflator rigs and Wet Interceptor

Description

We are seeking engagement with suppliers who can provide COTS or equivalent items that meet the fit, form and function of the following equipment: 1) Rig, Liferaft Inflator/Deflator – NSN 4220-99-7831133 - Function: Inflate (~200 mbar), stretch-test (~340 mbar), deflate (suction). - Form: Max 600×350×520 mm, ~22 kg; MDPE dual-canister body, wheel-mounted; 2.2 kW motors. - Fit: 240 V, 1-ph, 50 Hz; 38 mm threaded hose inserts; tapered nozzle. 2) Wet Interceptor (Moisture Trap) - Function: In-line separator halting airflow via float valve at preset water level. - Form: MDPE canister; bin-lid with O-ring and tapered outlet casting. - Fit: Interfaces with rig’s 38 mm threaded insert and tapered hose. 3) Rig, Lifepreserver Inflator/Deflator – NSN 4220-99-2533327 - Function: Inflate (~170 mbar) and deflate aircrew life vests. - Form: Portable case; approx. 330×300×500 mm, ~13 kg; 1.1 kW motor. - Fit: 240 V, 1-ph, 50/60 Hz; tapered outlet/inlet ports for 30 mm hose.
