Transport and Storage of Technical Aids for Disabled Persons

Trondheim kommune og Malvik kommune (Trondheim Municipality and Malvik Municipality), hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invite tenderers to participate in an open tender contest in connection with entering into a contract for transport and storage of technical aids for disabled persons who live and reside in the municipalities. Lot 1: The Contracting Authority requests transport of long-term and short-term aids. Please refer to the attached procedure description showing the scope of the services requested and the applicable dates. The services consist of the following: • long-term aids Transport, transit warehouse, simple assembly/unpacking, simple assembly of technical aids loaned out by NAV Hjelpemiddelsentralen [the NAV Assistive Aids Centre] in Trøndelag (also referred to as HMS) to persons with long-term/lasting need. • short-term aids The operation of a municipal warehouse containing technical assistive aids for lending to persons with short-term requirements. Including transport, simple installation /unpacking, assembling/disassembling, cleaning and maintenance. See the tender documents for a more detailed description of the assignment.
