Arnish multi disciplinary Design Team

Description

The contract has been AWARDED to provide a multi-disciplinary Design Team to prepare detailed plans for the proposed development and is capable of providing, as a minimum, Civil & Structural engineering services Architectural services, Mechanical & Electrical engineering services, Landscape consultancy services, Acoustic consultancy services and Sustainability/Whole Life Carbon Assessment services. The contract has a start date of 15.9.2025 and an end date of 14.9.2026 plus 1 optional 6 month extension. Lot 1: It is expected that these services will be required from September 2025 for an initial period of 12 months unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the contract, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 6 months following the Initial Term.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
