Town furniture financed by advertisements

Description

Stavanger Municipality will enter into a contract with a tenderer for the investment, operation and maintenance of new shelters, street toilets, waste bins, benches and information columns ("town furniture"), as well as the dissemination of related advertising in Stavanger Municipality. This will occur through the commercial use of advertising surfaces in connection with town furniture. Lot 1: It has been opened up so that multiple tenderers can collaborate on the delivery. It is a prerequisite that one of the tenderers leads the collaboration constellation and becomes the sole contractual counterparty to the contracting authority. Refer to Document 2 - Requirements Description for an overview of what the contracting authority expects to be included in the contract and the technical requirements (Requirements Specifications) that the contracting authority has set for the delivery.
