WM Housing Group wishes to tender for the provision of Service Innovation and Development activities to ensure that the Group provides an excellent service, which represents value for money. WM Housing Group is undergoing a period of extensive change which includes refreshing all group services to ensure that they focus closely on customer experience and satisfaction as well as proactively addressing the cost base of demand for services into the organisation. All services in the business are currently going through a lean review process to create more efficient processes. Our voids and lettings team that will be part of project 1, have already gone through this process and are now looking at the next phase of service development, which is to improve the products quality. If you wish to express an interest in this project please ensure you are registered and logged into our Portal. The `Express Interest` button will only appear on the Tender Management page if you are logged in. Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff.
