Description
The project involves alterations to Narvik Station to accommodate increased train length and capacity for train traffic. A new track 5 will be constructed for LKAB, and the track arrangement will be adapted to accommodate 750 m long ore trains and freight trains. At the same time, repairs will be made to the substructure and track where major wear and tear has been detected and upgrading is needed.
