ICT Managed Services Support

Description

The Commissioner is seeking to appoint an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure that the organisation’s IT services and infrastructure are effectively managed and maintained in accordance with business requirements.In order to compete to tender for this contract:• the criteria within the tender document must be fully met• the MSP must hold the following accreditations: Cyber Essentials; Cyber Essentials Plus; IASME Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent ISO 27001)• the MSP must be able to demonstrate significant expertise in Microsoft Business PremiumIn addition, the MSP must provide the following services on a well-defined and agreed Service Level Agreement and evidence the ability to fully meet the criteria in the tender submission:• Help Desk, Remote and On-site Support Services• Infrastructure Support Services• Microsoft Licences• Backup and Disaster Recovery• IT Security
