National Cyber Incident Response Retainer

Description

The National Cyber Incident Response (CIR) Retainer, managed by NSS’s Cyber Centre of Excellence (CCoE), is designed to help contain cyber threats and protect critical national systems during a cyber incident. The service provides expert support in the event of an attack—whether it affects a single NHS Board, multiple Boards, or shared digital systems. Given the interconnected nature of NHS Scotland services, it is essential to prevent threats from spreading across systems. Lot 1: Several options were considered for the route to market. However, given the project timelines and the specific requirements outlined in the ITT, the Digital Technology and Cyber Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) – Lot 4: Cyber Security Services was identified as the most suitable procurement route. Contract Length: The proposal was made for 12 (+12+12) months.
