Description
NAC are seeking continuity of the Eclipse system to ensure no disruption to the case management system currently in place for HSCP. Lot 1: In the case of compatibility, compliance and continuity, NAC now require the ongoing support and maintenance of the system which is currently hosted on the Google Cloud Platform and maintained through ITIL-aligned service levels. OLM Systems own the Eclipse software and this can only be maintained by them.. OLM Systems Limited were appointed under the current G-Cloud 14 framework to maximise return on existing investment, maintain service continuity and compliance, avoid unnecessary procurement and transition costs, and leverage ongoing upgrades and support embedded in the SaaS model. Upon investigating the framework, there was only one provider for this service.
