Framework agreement for relocation services

Description

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with one provider for internal moving services. The assignments under the framework agreement will include internal moving of furniture, boxes etc. when the offices are being reorganised, including the removal of fixtures to be disposed of. Smaller assignments such as assembling furniture and hanging pictures may also be applicable. Furthermore, it is also a requirement that the tenderer can undertake to organise, plan and manage the entire moving process. Assignments will take place throughout the year, but the majority of assignments will be in connection with parliamentary elections. Service providers must make sure to bring relevant equipment such as trolleys, carrying harness etc. to implement the moving assignments. During the contract period, it will be necessary to store materials over the short term or long term. The procurement will therefore provide the Contracting Authority with access to storage in order to meet this need.
