Accelerating Service Blueprints and Service Design Via the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 (RM1043.7) framework NS&I requires support from an agency for 3-6 months to create a full suite of validated and robust Service Blueprints. Throughout the contract, the supplier is expected to collaborate with the NS&I Service Designer (pending recruitment) to produce the blueprints. At the end of the contract, we require a full set of blueprints to be delivered and all materials and knowledge to be handed over to NS&I. This is required in order to assist NS&I in the next phase of its Digital Journey. The supplier must be able to commence work by 21 March 2022. ***This tender is only open to those suppliers shortlisted following the initial opportunity published on the Digital Marketplace and specifically invited by NS&I***. Please do not participate unless you have been shortlisted.
