Inspector General, Corporate Quality, and Oversight Function Support to EUSPA

Description

The general aim of the contract to be signed as a result of this procurement is to establish a up to 2 (two) multiple framework service contracts in cascade for the provision of inspector general, corporate quality, and oversight function support services to EUSPA, in particular with regards to maintaining the Agency’s ISO 9001 certification, oversight of the implementation of the quality framework of the EU Space programmes and implementation of ISO 27000 to the Agency. Lot 1: Through this procedure EUSPA intends to procure services to: — support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System with the goal of keeping it relevant and useful for the Agency to deliver the tasks imposed on it by the EU Space Regulation, Contribution Agreements and other elements of the regulatory framework. As a result, the ISO 9001 certification it is to be maintained; — oversight of the service provision management system (also called quality framework) put in place by the different programmes (today EGNOS and Galileo) that the Agency has under its management; — assess the maturity of the Agency in light of and preparation for a future ISO 27001 certification of the Agency’s Information Security.
