This contract is for veterinary duty services for the Rendalen duty district. The contest is announced as an ex-ante voluntary notice pursuant to PPR § 13-4. Based on a previous dialogue with the market, the municipality believes that there is a limited market, and that there are few suppliers who would like to offer Rendalen the required service. Relevant suppliers who have shown an interest in the duty scheme are as follows: — Ingrid Wiik Haugbjørg, — Lene Hausstâtter, — Alexander Mathey. Rendalen Municipality intends to enter into a contract with these suppliers, without any further contests in the market. The contract is, however, subject to there not being any objections by 23.4.2019. The procurement is below the EEA threshold and is in accordance with Part I and Part II of the procurement regulations. Rendalen Municipality intends to enter into a contract with 3 suppliers for veterinary duty services in the Rendalen duty district. The duty scheme will be a 3 way split duty scheme, and it is a prerequisite that the veterinary surgeons cooperate well. The veterinary duty will be organised in duty areas established by the municipality. The veterinary duty will cover all hours of the day/night except weekdays (Monday-Friday) 08 — 16. Each duty area will normally be staffed with 1 veterinary surgeon.
