Description

The contracting authority intends to sign a contract for the purchase of lighting consoles from Bright Group. Stavanger Konserthus IKS intends to purchase four MA grandMA3 lighting consoles from Bright Norway AS (the importer of this product in Norway). The lighting consoles have a combined value of approx. 1 900 000 NOK. In almost all productions Stavanger Konserthus conducts, the lighting console users want to utilise a GrandMa, as the user systems are suitable for this type of lighting console. Since the opening in 2012, the new Stavanger Konserthus has used GrandMa2 lighting consoles. All training and infrastructure is based on this lighting console. Therefore changing the lighting consoles will result in costs connected with infrastructure and training. The contracting authority as of today has not been able to find any real alternatives to MA grandMA3.
