The Council intends to award a contract extension to Tile Hill for the continued provision of interim Assistant Director of Property Services support until June 2026. This decision is driven by the need to ensure continuity in service delivery and leadership across a number of strategic programmes. Lot 1: The supply of a interim Assistant Director of Property. The current postholder is leading several key strategic programmes, including the Housing Transformation Improvement Programme (HTIP), the re procurement of the Council's Repairs and Maintenance contract, and the Strategic Asset Review. These programmes are at critical stages, and the postholder's expertise is essential to ensure continuity, compliance, and successful delivery.
