Description

North Northamptonshire Council is procuring a framework agreement for the delivery of Substance Misuse Services across the local authority area. The framework will comprise two lots: one for adult treatment and recovery services, and one for children and young people. Each lot will appoint a single lead provider to deliver or coordinate a comprehensive range of interventions including harm reduction, pharmacological and psychosocial support, recovery and reintegration, and family-focused services. The new model aims to improve integration, simplify contract management, and ensure services are aligned with local need, statutory responsibilities, and national strategy, including the 10-year Drug Strategy. The contract will be awarded via an open procurement process and will run for a core period of five years, with potential extensions up to four additional years.
